6.9-magnitude quake shakes San Diego region

SAN DIEGO.- A strong earthquake south-southwest of Guadalupe Victoria, Baja California, shook the San Diego region Sunday afternoon.
The quake had a preliminary measurement of magnitude 6.9 at 3:40 p.m. according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
